Dele Gbolade is a passionate sales professional and performance management consultant with interest in positioning corporate and non-corporate institutions as market leaders. As a pragmatic serial entrepreneur, he has wealth of experience in business development and growth for start-ups, SMEs, quoted companies, multinationals, NGOs and the public sector.

He graduated from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) with a Second Class (Upper Division) in Banking and Finance and had his professional training as a banker and consultant. He worked with Zenith Bank Plc for a decade as a Sales Professional and Financial Advisor. While in the Zenith Bank Plc, he was responsible for consummating, collaborating and consolidating relationships with individual clients, high networth customers, corporate institutions and government agencies. His experiences span selling management, credits management, funds management, relationship management and treasury management.

As part of Dele Gbolade’s international experience, he consulted for some companies in the social service sector in Europe and the London Borough of Westminster, United Kingdom on social service efficiency and electoral register reforms.

With Crested Consulting Limited, he is committed to revolutionise the Sales Profession in Nigeria, which is the ‘engine room’ that drive business growth. His interest in marketing, especially marketing research, had established him as a model in areas where others dread to enter thereby using his marketing research techniques to help companies connect together and grow their turnover.

As an enthutiastic motivational speaker, focused goal-getter and passionate ‘master closer’, he has conducted and attended seminars and conferences on sales consulting, leadership, mentoring, strategy, innovation and change management within and outside the country.
Oladele M. Gbolade is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, University of Westminster, London and the prestigious City University, London, United Kingdom. He is also a Chartered Banker and Associate of the Institute of Consulting, London.
